e) Contains personal or identifying details about another individual without their explicit consent.

f) Is intentionally false, deceptive, misleading, or fraudulent.

g) Infringes on any intellectual property rights, including patents, trademarks, trade secrets, copyrights, or any proprietary material, or Content that you do not have the legal right to distribute under existing laws or contractual agreements.

h) Includes or links to content related to illegal prostitution or pimping.

i) Promotes any illegal services or advertises the sale of items that are restricted or prohibited under New Zealand law.

j) Has any connection to pimping, human trafficking, or illicit forms of prostitution.

k) Contains information about individuals under the age of 18. If such a profile is posted, we reserve the right to report it to law enforcement and pursue legal action.

l) Is posted from an IP address outside of New Zealand or content that does not belong to you and for which you do not take full responsibility.m) that contains links to other sites that may host illegal content;

m) Promotes or advertises any product or service that is banned or restricted under any New Zealand law or regulation.

n) Shares or transmits any material that is unlawful, false, misleading, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, hateful, racially offensive, or otherwise objectionable—especially if it could constitute a criminal offense, result in civil liability, or violate New Zealand law.

o) Uses the site to participate in or assist others in fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, or illegal activities, such as credit card fraud or any other unlawful conduct.

PAID ADS

A fee is required to post a profile on NZGirls. Additional charges may apply for posting content in specific designated areas. It is the responsibility of each user posting content to comply with these Terms. If any content is removed due to a violation of these Terms, fees paid will not be refunded.

CARD PAYMENTS

All credit card transactions on NZGirls are processed through a third-party payment gateway. NZGirls does not store, access, or handle any credit card details, including security codes or card numbers. Payment processing is conducted securely by trusted third-party providers.

REFUNDS

Payments for profiles that are removed due to violations of the Terms are strictly non-refundable. Any other refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis. PAYMENT PROCESSING & CARD DATA

NZGirls does not directly handle payment processing or store any credit card information. If you choose to save your card details for future transactions, they are securely managed by a third-party payment processor. If you wish to remove your saved card information, please contact our support team for assistance.

LIMITATIONS ON SERVICE

NZGirls reserves the right to impose restrictions on the use of the Service, which may include limits on the duration content remains available, the number and size of posts, and how frequently users can access the platform. NZGirls is not responsible for any lost or deleted content due to system limitations or failures. The Service may be altered, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, and NZGirls shall not be held liable for any resulting impact.

ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

• Any claim or legal action arising from or related to your use of the Service must be initiated within one (1) yearfrom the date the claim or cause of action occurred. After this period, such claims will be permanently barred.

VIOLATION OF TERMS AND LIQUIDATED DAMAGES

REPORTING PROFILES / COMPLAINTS

CONTENT RESPONSIBILITY

Violating these content guidelines may result in account suspension, content removal, or legal action. NZGirls reserves the right to enforce these policies at its sole discretion.
